迈克尔·施卢特 / 大英帝国司令勋章（CBE）

Michael did his PhD in agricultural economics at Cornell University (1973) before working as a research fellow with the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), and economics consultant with the World Bank in East Africa. Since 1974, Michael led a project in Kenya to establish small scale vegetable dehydration factories to export to Europe. He was later CEO of a company seeking to create jobs using social finance called Citylife Ltd (now Allia Limited), cofound of Equity for Africa and Relational-Analytics Ltd based in UK for measurement of relationships in public and private sector organisations. He is currently co-authoring a book on the concept of a ‘Relational Company’.

杰里米·G·A·艾夫博士 / 牧师

Pearson Stiller

Pearson has been working with RPI since 2022, first as a Research Assistant, and now as a Research Associate focusing on RPI’s work in Ukraine. Originating from Canada, Pearson holds his undergraduate degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and his MSc Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Pearson has also worked on peacebuilding in Turkey and the Middle East.

金·彼得·皮尔逊

Kim was an International Finance Director, with over 30 years’ experience advising at senior level in DHL, a global multinational dynamic services company, located in both the UK and Germany. He is a qualified accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW), and trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young.

Ruben Alarcon

Ruben finished his MA in Public Policy: Conflict Resolution and Mediation in Tel Aviv. He’s from Venezuela with an interest in politics, religion and social reform. He worked as a project coordinator and humanitarian aid work in South America, Eastern Europe and Asia. At the moment, he works part time as operations manager for RPI.
